We get this question A LOT in the stores, "Are gladiators in next season?" Yes ...kind of, they are a bit modified, which is how we like to keep it at ViVi G. We like to be called fashion forward with a conservative edge. For example, instead of having a gladiator that ties up, down, all around, and up the leg, we like to keep it a bit more simple with a few straps and maybe some light tassels, which happen to be very "posh" and have you know, this adorable trend continues into the fall. Chic, trendy, and in a very versatile color...and with some super cute tassels.
Tassels are a whole other entity.
Girls, if you have an item with tassels, that's it. You don't need a handbag, jacket, and shoes with tassels. This isn't the wild west here. Pair a cute shoe like the one above with white jeans and white tee. Or a great Rebecca Minkoff bag with some tassel details and keep the outfit simple with nude flats or neutral mid heel, denim skinny's, and crisp blouse.
